Thunder Force (2021) online

In March 1983, the Earth was hit by a beam of cosmic rays, as a result of which some people acquired superpowers. Due to an incomprehensible genetic mutation, these lucky ones turned out to be citizens with obvious sociopathic inclinations. They became known as villains. In a few years, two high school girls become best friends. Emily's intelligent parents died at the hands of the villains, and the girl vowed to find a way to gain superpowers herself, and the cheerful and brave Lydia did not care much for anything. After arguing, their friends stopped communicating, but after 30 years they are destined to meet again. Lydia comes to Emily's lab and accidentally receives a dose of an experimental substance - so she becomes the owner of a superpower.
